Position Description Requirement
Management Associate Program (MAP)
  • A formalized 12 months program exposure to various functions in a department. Successful candidates will be placed to their interest job field under the departments as below:-
  1. Commercial
  2. HR
  3. Business Process & Compliance
  4. IT
  • Upon successful completion of the program, the Company will offer a permanent position to the potential trainees who are competent in their area of expertise in SEGI Group.


  • Fresh graduates who possess a Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a reputable universities / colleges with CGPA 2.7 and above.
IT Executive
  • System administration.
  • Network Infrastructure services support & administration.
  • Provide technical support to end-users.
  • Maintenance of company website, intranet/sharepoint and domain.
  • Conduct value added IT training for end users.


  • At least Diploma / Degree in IT studies or equivalent.
  • 2 – 5 years IT experiences.
  • Strong technical skills with sound troubleshooting.


Accounts Executive
  • Prepare operational and financial reports.
  • Tagging and physical inspection of fixed assets.
  • Assist in ensuring the financial policies and procedures are adhered to and to maintain an effective internal control.
  • Ensure stock take is carried out appropriately.
  • To prepare & coordinate annual Budget and quarterly, half-yearly rolling forecast.

  • Degree in Accountancy.
  • 2 – 5 years accounting experiences.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.
Buying Executive
  • Actively trade buying items weekly and take decisions on price, range and promotions.
  • Creates buying plans detailing range, price, suppliers and promotional activity.
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions on stock controls.
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.

  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years working experiences as Buyer, preferably in Retail industry.
HR Executive
  • Manage full spectrum of HR tasks including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensations & Benefits, Training & Development, IR/ER and admin.

  • Diploma / Degree in HRM / Business Admin or equivalent.
  • At least 3 – 5 years related experience in HR.
IT Officer
  • Maintain, troubleshoots & support on organization hardware & Network LAN.
  • Coordinate with hardware & software vendors for fault rectification.
  • Assist and monitor the implementation and maintenance of the Information Technology SOP.


  • At least certificate and above.
  • At least 2 – 3 years related experience in IT field.


Accounts Assistant
  • Perform daily checking on Suppliers’ invoices, GRA, GRN & Debit Notes against listings.
  • Ensure the filing is neat and accurate.
  • Trade suppliers’ reconciliation.
  • To perform daily reconciliation between collection report and bank statement to ensure that all sales takings have been received.


  • At least Diploma in Accountancy.
  • At least 2 years related experience in Accountancy field.
HR & Admin Assistant
  • Perform daily administrative tasks.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior or any other person assigned by the Management.

  • SPM and above.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
